In this event we will connect to intention, infuse the body with that intention, warm up and stretch the body with yoga and breathe then unleash the power of free movement with a dance party. Releasing emotions and physical tension. Ending with intentional movement, breath and meditation. The full circuit will leave you feeling light and full of enthusiasm.
