Come enjoy learning a compilation of authentic Tai Chi forms and Qigong movements. 

Each class begins with qigong exercises that improve mobility while building good postural alignment. Foundations of Tai Chi will be shared along with learning complete forms so you can practice Tai Chi on your own if you so desire. 


Regular practice promotes improved circulation, strength, flexibility and balance for physical and emotional harmony. This training is also integral to the cultivation of Chi energy awareness which improves immunity and increases spiritual awareness.
