A gentle and relaxing, all-levels class, focused on replenishing the body and relaxing the mind. This class brings awareness to unwinding the nervous system, stilling the mind, attuning to the body, and soothing the soul. We will weave together gentle stretching with yin and restorative style practices, breathwork, and meditation that together help you to slow down and notice the subtleties within the mind, body, and soul.
