A gentle and relaxing, all-levels class, focused on replenishing the body and relaxing the mind. This class brings awareness to unwinding the nervous system, stilling the mind, attuning to the body, and soothing the soul. We will incorporate yin and restorative style practices that allow you to slow down and sink deeper into poses and notice the subtleties within the mind, body, and soul. This class includes breathwork, guided meditation, and time for self-study.
