Spring Equinox Celebration
Join Whitney for an intentional celebration of the equinox. We will honor this day of equal day and night by honoring the light and the dark within ourselves. We will build heat and invite detoxification with a vigorous yet nurturing yoga flow and then cool off with some yin poses as we journal and draw, finding inspiration from prompted questions and reflection of our experience. Ending with meditation, savasana and sound healing! Bring a journal and utensil of expression of choice, options with also be provided.
