Based on science-backed principles for longevity, stress resilience, nervous system regulation, physical vitality, and spiritual well-being. It draws from yoga, functional fitness, mobility science, breathwork, somatic psychology, vagal toning, and meditation research.

Structure:

  • 15 min Dynamic movement + mobility

  • 25 min Strength + functional movement

  • 10 min Nervous system recovery (breath + fascia release)

  • 10 min Stillness and Integration (meditation + vagal toning)
