Reorient: Ground and connect back to your highest self, internal guidance, knowing and wisdom. Through this connection you reorient towards your intention


Reclaim your power and sense of direction as you set your drishti towards what you are seeking. 


Join Whitney and Jenn for this day retreat to include movement, nature, journaling, breathwork journey and nourishment (prepared by a holistic chef).


Whitney is a lifelong student of yoga, with over 20 years of practice and 10+ years of teaching. Whitney’s gentle nature guides students into a space of welcoming and understanding that helps her students feel held and supported. Moving from a place of intuition her classes are unique and authentic to the students at hand. With a baseline of empowering each student to listen to, understand and honor their bodies. Outside of the studio you can find her thrifting, on the mtn and enjoying the outdoors. 


Jenn began her yoga practice in college and it opened the path towards her own self discovery and healing journey. She has 10+yrs of teaching experience and weaves breathwork, yoga philosophy, somatics and nervous system work into her practices. She is an integrative nutritionist, holistic chef, yoga teacher, sound practitioner and breathwork facilitator. You’ll find her in the gardens, on the trail, and crafting things in the kitchen or with her family.



General schedule:

10-1045: welcome/opening circle 

11-1230: yoga and journaling

12:30-1:30: nourish

1:30-3:00 breather journey and integration circle

3:15-4: fire ceremony/closing
