Join us for a 3-part movement series and self-care workshops combining myofascial release techniques and yoga to help restore balance, release deep tension and move with greater ease. 

Each workshop will focus on a specific area of the body, teaching practical self-treatment for fascia health. You will learn how to reduce restrictions, improve mobility and support your bodies natural balance in a supportive and educational environment. 

The class will be structured in alternating movement and then holding patterns followed by rest and ending with 15mins of Q&A.  You will go home with a deep understanding of how to use what you have learned. 

Classes are Thursday 7:30-9pm

June 18th- Neck, Shoulders/Arms and Jaw
July 9th- Back, Hips and Pelvis
August 6th- Feet, Legs and Full Body Integration

Each class may be attended individually for $45 , but we encourage you to register for the full series of $105 to enjoy the complete experience at a discounted rate.
